Pet profiles
Every pet needs an identity.
Owners sign up first, then create a profile for each pet, with a name, breed, age, and photos. The name is how other people know who the pet is.
Peeks
Short pet videos, made to share.
Peeks are PetPool’s short pet videos and reels. Record a moment, post it on a pet’s profile, and share it with friends.
What you can do
The same account covers the social side and the service side. Search and filters use pet type, location, and service category.
Pet profiles and the feed
Owners sign up first, then create a profile for each pet, with name, breed, age, and photos. Posts, follows, likes, and comments live on the social feed.
Service marketplace
Find groomers, walkers, sitters, vets, and trainers. Book a time with the provider.
Stripe payments and reviews
Booking payments run through Stripe in USD. After a booking, you can leave a review.
Events, contests, and adoption drives
Join community events, enter contests, and take part in adoption drives. PetPool hosts the posts. It is not itself the shelter.
Messaging
Message other people on PetPool, including a provider you might book.
Notifications
Notifications cover messages, bookings, events, and other updates you should see.
How it works
Providers

- 2List the pet services you offer and join events, contests, and adoption drives.
- 3If you want the badge, subscribe to Green Tick and pass the verification check.
Green Tick
Green Tick is the only badge on PetPool.
Monthly
$10 USD/month
Yearly
$100 USD/year
Save $20 USD compared with twelve monthly payments.
Monthly and yearly are two ways to pay for the same Green Tick. The perks are the same.
Pets
Pets get the Green Tick as soon as they subscribe.
Pets do not go through that verification check.
Businesses, providers, and agencies
Businesses, service providers, and agencies (adoption/rescue, pet-sitting, dog-walking, grooming, training, staffing) pass a quick verification before their Green Tick shows.
That check is the business name plus an ID or license photo.
